San Francisco Bay Area instrumental four piece has brought their
exciting new sound to festivals, radio, TV and many Bay Area venues
such as 12 Galaxies,Cafe Du Nord,Jupiter, Connecticut Yankee,
Studio Z,Henflings and 19 Broadway. Each Somethingfour show is
an adventure. Their spontaneous exploration of original music
and choice covers has grown a loyal following. Guitarist Christopher Zanardi pits bombastic excitement against introspective expression in a unique approach that forms the heart of the Somethingfour sound. Bassist
Shawn Ellis maintains the low end groove and expands the harmonic Drummer Jme Brill drives Somethingfour with a new style of creative rhythm and accompaniment that reflects his diverse influences and deep natural musicality. Somethingfour
has shared bills with Skerik, Johhny Vidacovich, James Singleton,
members of Garaj Mahal and the Mermen, with memorable opportunities
to jam with Kai Eckhardt, Eric Levy, DJ Fly Agaric(Garaj Mahal)
and acclaimed midi player Cecil "P-Nut" Daniels. The
band has just released their long awaited studio album with whom
they worked with Academy Award Winning engineer/producer Cookie
Marceno.
